BUILD SUCCESSFUL, but Slave hang

Mingyan.Yang

Hi,

I am new in Hudson. Please help  I have a Linux RHEL with a master and four slaves (using ssh). The process will be like:

  • Check out code from a source control system (we use MKS)
  • Build
  • Run static code analysis report (PMD, Findbugs and Checkstyle)

I have a few projects in slave; they might hang after build successful. In log file, it hang on like

… …

[findbugs] Setting 'bugs found' flag (1)
[findbugs] Exit code set to: 3
 [findbugs] Java Result: 3
[findbugs] Classes needed for analysis were missing
 [findbugs] Output saved to /abe/hudson/workspace/T3WAS/findbugs-report.xml

BUILD SUCCESSFUL
Total time: 5 minutes 31 seconds
Archiving artifacts
[CHECKSTYLE] Collecting checkstyle analysis files...
[CHECKSTYLE] Found 0 annotations (0 new, 0 high, 0 normal, 0 low)
[CHECKSTYLE] Considering 0 annotations for build status evaluation
[CHECKSTYLE] Considering 0 new annotations for build status evaluation
[CHECKSTYLE] Not changing build status, since no threshold has been exceeded
[FINDBUGS] Collecting findbugs analysis files...
[FINDBUGS] Found 9 annotations (0 new, 0 high, 9 normal, 0 low)
[FINDBUGS] Not changing build status, since no threshold has been exceeded
[PMD] Collecting PMD analysis files...

After it hangs, please go to http://yourserver/hudson/threadDump and
http://yourserver/hudson/computer/SLAVENAME/systemInfo and send the
outputs to us, so that we can see what Hudson is doing.
