[BitBucket Branch Source] Double PR builds

Dan Tran
Hi

Continue with this setup at https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/jenkinsci-users/mtFrVcf6ZpA

A new commit at PR may trigger 2 builds: 1 for it self first, then one with the new change (if any) at target branch.  My setup this is discovery setup as

   * Discover pull requests from origin: Merging the pull request with the current target branch revision

is it the right one?

Advice is greatly appreciated
