[Issue 167] In svn update mode, Hudson sometimes detect updates even if there aren't

First please check the bottom of the top page to see if it has the right version
number. It should have today's timestamp.

Then, look at Subversion polling log, it should now look like:

$ svn info --xml src
Revision:106
$ svn info --xml https://pleiades.developer.network.com/svn/pleiades/trunk/src
Revision:108
Done. Took 16 seconds
Changes found
----------------

or something. Notice the added "revision" line in the 2nd svn invocation.
