By default, if you have the correct packages installed (e.g. "vnc-java" in
Debian), running Xvnc/vncserver will start a mini HTTP server which can serve a
Java applet displaying the VNC content (after entering the correct password of
course). If a project is using the Xvnc plugin, the build page should display a
link such as

  http://hudsonhost:5810/

Generally the host field should be whatever the host of Hudson is according to
the server configuration, the port should be 5800 + display number (the base of
5800 can be overridden but this is the default so good enough), and the path
should be / regardless of Hudson's path.

I could not see any way that a plugin could insert such a link in the build page
- is a new extension point necessary?
