The IRC plugins connects to IRC and joins the specified channel.

It does not respond to !-commands. It does not print the status in IRC although
configured in the jobs.

It does not print any error messages into the log.

After further debugging: The code is okay, but just not behaving in the way I
would expect from an irc bot:

We set the prexiy to !hudson, and the bot requires that private chat starts with
!hudson, too. Otherwise it ignores the message. I think this should be pointed
out on the wiki page because most other irc bots don't require the prefix in PM.

The bot does not report the completion of build. It only reports if a build
becomes unstables or stable. Which is okay but should I think the wiki page
should say that.

(I cannot edit it, the bugzilla account does not seem to work)
