on my Hudson installation it seems that the mercurial SCM polling doesn't
work properly. hg incoming shows that a lot of changesets need to be pulled,
but the build is never started because the mercurial polling decides that
there are no changes. I have attached a copy of my latest polling log which
seems to show that there are about 20 incoming changesets, but that no
changes are detected.
Like npiquet, I also encounter this problem. However, I was able to point it to the "--no-merges" option used during Mercurial polling. Even though the Mercurial polling log shows the changes from the branch merged in, the merge revision itself is not there, so no build is triggered. I was able to trace it down to this open ticket:
