A number of high-priority warnings (red) are reported and assigned to individual files, however they are not assigned to specific lines, nor linked to actual source code. However, normal-priority warnings (yellow) are correctly logged!

High priority warnings are all classified in this way:

"File: xxx.cc, Line: 0, Type: gcc, Priority: High, Category: GCC error"

Clicking on the filename-link leads to these kind of exception:

Even with a bigger job, we don't get any high-priority warnings when we configure the GCC4 parser. We guess the incomplete warnings we were getting with the other GCC parser were false positives. (Do you agree with this?)

I can't tell you if the warning is a false positive, that's something you need to say.

So I'm still not sure what you are expecting. The best thing is to attach a warning log message and write down what your expected warnings should be.
