Verifying patches with double quotes in the subject causes Ant tasks to fail
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: HUDSON-8020
                 URL: http://issues.hudson-ci.org/browse/HUDSON-8020
             Project: Hudson
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: gerrit-trigger
    Affects Versions: current
            Reporter: pete_woods
            Assignee: rsandell

I can't paste in the actual console output due to confidentiality arrangements, however..

I have found that patches with subjects like:
{{making fix to "some part" of the system}}
will fail, while subjects like:
{{making fix to some part of the system}}
succeed. I believe this is because of how the quotes are being escaped.

It ends up with the command line being something like:
{{ant '-DGERRIT_CHANGE_SUBJECT=making fix to "some part" of the system' build}}
which then tries to invoke a task called "of" instead of build.

Affects the latest version (2.2.0 at this time)
