Plugins cannot help you. You have to type the command in one of the
build steps by yourself. Only you know how the unit tests should be
run. The plugin only 'publishes' the test result.

I think this question is OT but I'd answered it anyway.

There are several options in your case to run the unit test exectuable:
* In a build step (Execute Windows batch command)
* In the post build event of VC++ project
* In the makefile.

In either case, a test result file should be generated and published by xUnit plugin.
