Ordering publishers

Ordering publishers

I need to write a publisher plugin that executes AFTER the scp pluigin. Is this possible?

Yes. Put your descriptor right after the SCP plugin's descriptor.

It's not very pretty, but it can be done.

You can only do that is your plugin is registered after the SCP
plugin, in which case there's no problem.

Ah, yes, you are right.

This is a hack, but how about registering as a notifier?

If we make Publishers like Builders that the user can re-order by D&D,
would that help?

The SCP plugin just adds itself to the PUBLISHERS list, so I don't think
this would work (if I understand what you mean correctly). Arguably, the
SCP plugin is a notifier as it doesn't alter the build result.

This would be awesome. I didn't even know you could do that with
Builders.
