No, but I think it can probably be extended to support that.

It's up to you. I guess it primarily depends on how fast you'd like the
build to complete (which is related to how frequent you expect them to
be built.)

If they are not very often, then one job would be probably easier. But
if you need faster turn-around time, you might want to set it up in
multiple jobs so that you can build multiple job in parallel.

It should work with Ant, too.  Maybe it's a difference in the base
directory against which the -f option is resolved?
