The first piece we need is a Maven plugin to create a job on Hudson for
the current project from which you invoked.

Recursively looking at dependencies and creating Maven jobs are harder,
because dependencies are for Maven modules, but builds are for reactor
executions. So Hudson would somehow have to figure out what's the
top-level POM to start a build with. That's probably not something that
can be automated.
