Arisson Leal
How can I display my Javadoc in a Maven2 project?

I'm facing this same issue http://issues.hudson-ci.org/browse/HUDSON-4782.

any tips?

I am not seeing a problem (iow, 4782 seems fixed).

The way it works is that your pom.xml should run javadoc plugin with
default-goal
or you specify explicit goals like javadoc:javadoc in job configuration
screen
(which will trigger Maven Javadoc Mojo).

Then Hudson should collect Javadocs and publish them at:
http://hudson-url/job/<job-name>/<base-package>/javadoc/?
(Click on Modules action in side panel for project page).

[It's true that the check-box that you get for "Publish Javadoc" with
FreeStyle projects is not available for Maven Projects, it's handled
implicitly].

Re: Show Javadoc in Maven2 project

Hi,

I configured my hudson job to run javadoc:javadoc everything works fine, but hudson doesn't display the javadoc in the project page.

my javadoc is generated at target/javadoc/apidocs.

What could be wrong?

thanks,

The actual Javadocs are copied to:
$HUDSON_HOME/jobs/stapler/modules/<package-name>$<jobname> and are
served from there.

Hi,

Can you see if this URL fetches anything?
http://hudson-url/job/myMavenProject/myMavenProject.components$myMavenProject/javadoc/?

e.g.
