Template Project Plugin is not shown

Hi All,
I have installed "Template Project Plugin" but unfortunately is not shown , could any one tell me where i can find it.

I am using jenkins war file , I have redeployed the war file , then restarted the jboss server and last step i did to restart my machine but that does not work, still the template project plugin is not shown.
