Updated failed due to local files. Getting a fresh workspace

In which release version of hudson we can get the solution for the problem
"Updated failed due to local files. Getting a fresh workspace". Now if a folder already exists while performing svn update , hudson will start to check out the work space.
Is there any other way other than deleting the file manually.

This is caused by SVNKit that aborts the update, which in turn mimics
the standard "svn up" behavior. I'm not sure how you convince SVNKit
guys that this behavior needs to be changed.

I'm curious why this is a real issue for you. It only happens when your
build locally produces some files, which also happen to be added to SVN
by someone else. How common is that?
