Windows Slave SVN Error

isoliver
Hi,

I just upgraded to 1.313, and the builds on my windows slave are no longer working.  I was able to do an svn checkout on the machine as the hudson user via ssh and also made sure the subversion credentials were set correctly in the build configuration.  Note: I updated slave.jar on the machine which is running Windows XP.

This error shows up on the Console Output:

Re: Windows Slave SVN Error

Looks like there was a bug with the new Hudson Subversion plug-in (1.2).

Does anyone have version 1.1?  I need to downgrade, but the ones I'm downloading from the site are showing up as version 1.2: https://hudson.dev.java.net/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=11503&expandFolder=11503&folderID=11503

Thanks!

If you go to the project configuration screen, does it ask you to enter
a credential?

Re: Windows Slave SVN Error

isoliver
The project configuration screen did not ask me to enter a credential.  I did however double-check and re-entered my credentials just to be sure.

I searched through Hudson issues and found someone had logged a similar error message with the Subversion plug-in, so I tried to revert to an earlier version of that but it didn't fix things.  All the older versions of the plug-in I downloaded from the site were showing up with the latest version number so I'm not even sure if I was successful in getting an older plug-in.

Finally, I downgraded to an earlier release of Hudson (I randomly picked 1.270) and things seem to be okay again.

Hi all,

I had exactly the same issue; I downgraded to Hudson 1.312, and the problem "went away".
While trying to get it to work with 1.313, I also reentered the svn credentials, but that did not help.
Note that previous updates always worked without re-entering any svn credentials.

thanks
  Thomas
