clearcase plugin and running as windows service

Andy-25
Hi, I have been running Hudson with the clearcase plugin using a snapshot view and all has been working fine.  I decided to change the tomcat installation to run as a windows service and am now seeing permission denied errors when the clear case plugin tries to run the update command.  Has anyone seen this before?

Thanks

Re: clearcase plugin and running as windows service

Absolutely.

The most direct way to fix this is to change the log on options for the Tomcat service to log on as a user licensed to use ClearCase.  (It's probably set to run as Local System.)
