[email-ext] Enhancements for build log and changes

Hi,

I enhanced the existing email-ext plugin.
Now it's able to show the changes (including the affected files) and the
build log. It's possible to define for every job how many lines (from
the end of the log) are shown in the email.

Maybe somewhere is interest to review the changes and commit it to the
CVS repository.
I haven't any rights for this repository.

We tested the changes for any weeks in our company and it works fine.
I used the already prepared code lines of email-ext or parts of the
standard email notification of hudson.
A patch file is attached to this email.
