selenium grid nodes

Lidia Marchioni
Hello

I'm starting selenium grid set up with hudson.  I installed selenium
plugin and see that all available hudson nodes are automatically
registered selenium remote controls.  Is there a way to exclude some
nodes from this list?  I do not want to use all available slaves as part
of selenium grid...

thanks

It would be nice to control this from Hudson indeed, however as a
workaround i think you can use the label feature to appropriately
label your nodes that can participate in the grid. That way in your
selenium setup you can wildcard on those nodes only that match the set
labels

Thanks for the pointer/workaround.  It's somewhat messy...  Perhaps some future version of hudson will have this as a feature.  ;-)
