svn exceptions

Nord, James-2
HI all,

I'm getting lots of exception like the following resulting in builds failing.

So 2 questions
1) anyone ideas on what's up with this and how to go about diagnosing/fixing this?  the network is stable and shouldn't be causing any issues
2) shouldn't Hudson try again (or have a try 3 times if fails exit?)
started

RE: Re: svn exceptions

Nord, James-2
Hi Stephan,

It works about 80% of the time.

Lookin back through all the build failures it started to occur around the 26th and I updated to 1.132 on the 24th (Friday evening) so very few builds will have been triggered then which is when I updated 1.132 with the subversion polling change.

Co-incidence?

Anyone any ideas on how to debug this?  Is there anything I can do either on Hudsons side or on subversions repository side to get some more information?

Regards,

        /James

SVN part is done by a library called svnkit, and that hasn't change for
some time now, so it's possible, but I think it's unlikely.

There seem to be a bunch of reports for the same error message, although
I don't know if they are the same issue. See
http://www.google.com/search?q=%22Malformed+network+data%22+svnkit

FYI, Hudson is using svnkit 1.1.2 + patch. I noticed that they have
1.1.4 now, so I should probably upgrade.
