version RELEASE of wagon-svn

Nicolas Lalevée-2
Hi,

recently I have clean up my maven cache, now I have issues.

In the main pom.xml, there is :

    <extensions>
      <extension>
        <groupId>org.jvnet.wagon-svn</groupId>
        <artifactId>wagon-svn</artifactId>
        <version>RELEASE</version>
      </extension>
    </extensions>

And mvn clean is complaining :

Missing:
----------
1) org.jvnet.wagon-svn:wagon-svn:jar:RELEASE

  Try downloading the file manually from the project website.

  Then, install it using the command:
      mvn
install:install-file -DgroupId=org.jvnet.wagon-svn -DartifactId=wagon-svn \
          -Dversion=RELEASE -Dpackaging=jar -Dfile=/path/to/file
Alternatively, if you host your own repository you can deploy the file there:
mvn deploy:deploy-file -DgroupId=org.jvnet.wagon-svn -DartifactId=wagon-svn \
          -Dversion=RELEASE -Dpackaging=jar -Dfile=/path/to/file \
           -Durl=[url] -DrepositoryId=[id]

  Path to dependency:
        1) org.jvnet.hudson:hudson:pom:1.2
        2) org.jvnet.wagon-svn:wagon-svn:jar:RELEASE

----------
1 required artifact is missing.

for artifact:
  org.jvnet.hudson:hudson:pom:1.2

from the specified remote repositories:
  central (http://repo1.maven.org/maven2),
  java.net2 (http://download.java.net/maven/2)

I have searched into the maven documentation, I haven't found any reference to
a special version number "RELEASE". Coiuld anybody help me building hudson
please ?

cheers,
Nicolas

RELEASE is supposed to be the latest release... but as it's
non-deterministic I think it has been discontinued (I'm not sure
though)
